Return policy and conditions of warranty
Return Policy:
This is a custom made product and are no returns unless the machine is in not working condition when delivered. In that case a return claim must be approved by Impair Aware within 48 hours of receipt.
Warranty:
One year Limited warranty covers any malfunction occurring within one year after the date of delivery, resulting from defective parts or workmanship. This warranty however does not cover damages caused by accident, improper use or negligence. All repair expenses related to the warranty shall be paid by Impair Aware Inc if a claim for defect or malfunction is presented within one month from the date of purchase. After one month from the date of purchase Impair Aware Inc will not cover any transportation expenses derived from any type of claim.
